Pros
HTP offers a lot of opportunities for employees who are willing to work hard. The atmosphere feels very much like a family - co-workers are fantastic. Recently, there have been many positive changes to the manufacturing facility to organize and improve work flow.
Cons
The building could use some renovations. I've heard rumors that there are plans in place to make positive changes but can't speak to the timing of those changes.
