I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HTP (New Bedford, MA) in Jan 2021

Interview

The interviews process was smooth. The hiring manager asked good questions and answered my questions as well. The location was easy to find. I met a few employees and they all seemed nice. The company is located in a nice part of the Industrial park. The company offers good benefits package.

Interview

Interviewed with the HR manager followed by an interview with the Engineering manager. Both occurred on the same day but in different locations. Provided with a tour of their manufacturing facility.

Interviewed with the human resources manager and engineering manager on two different days. Interview was good. Also conducted a tour of the manufacturing facility. HTP constructs their products on site and they have a lab for testing as well.
