Pros
you'll get to work in the airport and meet lots of people
Cons
- Poor management - management vs employees - they will insist to take you 30mins even though you just started 2hrs on your 8 hour shift and they won't give you the 15mins break which we supposed to have. - they don't care if you're tired, they only care about is the business. I heard a supervisor said that "it will be good for the business" to my co-worker when she argued about the breaks. - unfair treatment, favoritism and nationality discrimination in the workplace among workers; in this location, they were a lot of the same nationality esp. Punj.. and if you're not among them, even though you didn't do anything wrong, they will complain to the manager or supervisor with the same nationality as them and will do everything to get you in trouble. So many connections among them that even though they're not qualified to the job position, the manager with the same nationality will either hire or promote them. - In my 14 years of living in Canada, I've never experience such an unfair and traumatic experience just by working with that the specific nationality in this company. - poor health safety: broken dishwasher and smelly sinks for over a year, cockroaches found on sinks and flies all over the store. No proper cleaning of the stores
