      Great growth opportunity within the company (and further) Very good payment Awesome benefits + bonuses Great values (towards employees, nature, etc.)

      Gets sometimes messy (because of customers), but hey that's part of our job

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
