Pros
- Great experience in learning hands on about gear - Great if you want access to gear for cheap to supplement your gear needs - Generally great for meeting like minded individuals (staff and customers)
Cons
- Failed to address systemic problems with playing favorites, retribution towards those who do not tow the line or speak out. - Complete inconsistency when figuring out pay and commissions for close to 3 years during a "pilot" period which ended up just being scrapped - Massive problems with supply chain keeping stores properly stocked and maintained - Massive problems with stores having access to multiple levels of gear - Massive company debt - Impossible to make a living wage unless your a top seller with minimal - Little movement for growth
