Pros
It has occasional fun moments. You meet cool people and get to see people get excited about music.
Cons
They will work you to the bone and then throw you out like garbage. Ops is the worst position at the company by a light year. You are forced to do whatever the sales people are too good to do. You have to regularly clean a biohazard of a bathroom where there can be anything from a toilet seat that has been pooped all over to crack pipes and heroin needles. They don’t care if you’re good at your job, helpful to customers, if you regularly stay late and help management close the store, or how much you put in to keep everything going. They only care about money and they will use and abuse the passion you have for music to their advantage. This place is the worst.
