      Pros

      Pros - CDP has best Tech stack - Best team - junior engineer can make difference.Opportunity to learn architecture - Manager(L1)was good - VP is highly respected by engineers - Architect is very likable and knowledgeable - my Product manager was great but she recently quit - Heard this group pays well. I joined 3 years ago when this new team did not exist. When i was leaving they were ready to give a good raise

      Cons

      Cons - Overly fast moving - FAANG level interview bar but pay not at same level in Bay Area - Production support and deployment with fast moving development can be difficult. Too much production deployments and support.

      NA, can't think of anything positive anymore. It's a micromanaging mess.

      Cons

      Guidewire makes majors shift every 2 years and the last one to take PgM out of PD into its own department is a micromanaging nightmare. We have more status meetings and spreadsheets to update than time to do any work anymore. 3 places to update if I want to take PTO. 7am and 7pm meetings are now the norm. 6 bosses in 10 years, no one can make up their mind on the direction of the company, projects start and are abandoned constantly.
