The new co-founder operates with an extremely insecure, ego-driven management style, relying on constant power plays to assert authority (backed by his wallet, not leadership ability). Unfortunately, the rumors about fake interviews are true. Candidates are strung along, not for genuine evaluation, but to prop up his ego. My advice: only consider engaging if you’re absolutely desperate — and even then, proceed with extreme caution.
