Everyone is so supportive, and leadership consistently encourages us to learn, grow, and work toward our career goals. The company's also been growing SO fast - it's exciting to be part of the company as that happens and to see all the successes!

The company is still pretty small, so when you combine that with rapid growth, that can lead to some inefficient processes and times of heavy bandwidth. But we keep hiring new people to help with bandwidth so we have time to improve our processes and records! Plus, the whole team is so supportive and helps each other with bandwidth issues and questions.
