Pros

Good people, average good salary but will not compensate because the place isnt good.

Cons

The problem of Grifols is the management. Is a family-style company so the high management is old fashion, with lots of screams and lack of respect they are thinking only about the target and their bonus. They don't think about improvement. The work is paper-based. We are using only 40% of the system. Important is to have the job done doesn't matter how. Projects are jumping on our table out of nowhere with a short deadline nobody knows where did came from and who asked for them. It's difficult to work in a place where there is a high turnover, people are leaving all the time and once again who cares? Micromanagement is the synonym of the company. Always they will find someone to blame. Your mental health deteriorates with the micromanagement, managers are only thinking about themselves. No room for development. Since I started in this company I few I'm back in time.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
