Grifols interview questions

I was supposed to do phone interview first but they skipped it and invited me to on-site interview directly. Some questions were situational/behavioral questions, I struggled to answer well due to my lack of my English ability.

2 interviews with HR and 1 with Hiring manager. The communication has been a complete disaster. I had the impression the company was a serious one but the behaviour belongs to someone that never conducted business. Agreed meetings not respected by HR and ghosted. Seriously unprofessional and disrespectful.
