Atmosphere of fear, 3 rounds of layoffs in 18 months, waiting on the 4th. No R&D direction (even if there was there are not enough scientists left to do it). Products stuck in the 1940s, No real commitment to recombinant's. Benefits and bonuses have been cut, holiday days lost, oppressive work practices being introduced.
