Pros
Governet has provided many opportunities for me to learn and grow. They have been flexible with my time and schedule. I feel like management cared about my life and what was going on in it.
Cons
Communication between the departments as well as upper management could improve. A normal case of lack of communication which can cause problems that appear bigger than they are.
