Working from home can at times make you feel secluded and as if you don't have enough interaction with the rest of the company. This is easily overcome as long as you make sure you're being participatory in calls and meetings and other available opportunities to put yourself out there (company is good about providing these!)
Compensation isn't very competitive. Feels low for the industry and as much as I want to recommend this place to all my friends they find taking a pay cut a tough pill to swallow, despite all the amazing pros this company comes with. Also since we are virtual and people work all over a salary that works in one region of the country may not be close to livable wage in another.
