benefits and healthcare is good at the firm

Cons

managers dont understand the concept of WLB for working mothers. They benchmark against people without kids who are hogging 10-12 hours day and night. Most senior mgmt dont have kids and openly advocate for working overtime and in holidays/vacations to rise up in the ladder.
