The benefits of good and well paid and the cultures International license and the people are really good and competitive and they all chase for success.
Cons
There are some aggressive people but overall people are willing to work together for a goal. Office politics are often unavoidable and working Hong Kong is different than working in the head office of New York and the resources are less.
