Major chunk of the reviews posted in this site is from Fresher’s hired directly from Collages, The lateral hires are a complete different. The following are some of points during my experience 1. The Politics in this company are a complete waste of time and if you do not do them, you will end up losing your job 2. No Matter how hard you work here, only some fresher’s hired out of collage get major chunk of recognitions 3. The work hours are crazy and knowledge level of the people in this firm is very low even by market standards 4. Major chunk of Managers in this firm give 2 hoots about the team members working for them, they are very selfish and if you are a lateral hire you are already in their bad books 5. This firm has Hire and Fire policy, the Managers are inexperienced and do not know how to manage their own teams
