Handsome salaries. Flexible office timings(According to project criticality), work from home, gym, transportation facilities, business casuals dress policy (not very strict), nice environment
Cons
Very bad for developers to most of the technical people, you will surely become good business analyst, product support candidate, manager but you will lose your programming /coding skills. They just have very limited technical concepts to use, so you all also don't have much to learn. Very old technologies, tools used. Difficult for you to compete with outside world once you are out. Most of the cases no of working hours also more , around 10-11 hrs per day.
