      Pros

      Compliance team is incredibly knowledgeable and collaborative. You will have the opportunity to learn so much not only from your team but different departments.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't care about turnover, crazy amounts of volume, etc. as "there are more than 10 candidates ready to take your role should you choose to leave." There is absolutely no work/life balance. Taking time off is frowned upon and if you take the full maternity/paternity leave, you will be negatively affected. You are essentially treated like a number here, not a human.

      The firm encourages and supports to change teams, which is helpful in expanding experience or moving away if you aren't happy with your team

      Cons

      The promotion has become very opaque lately. They hardly give out promotions, but make you slog and overwork the whole year in the name of it. Basically, you have worked 200% and made to look like a fool by the end of the year.
