- Good ole boys club
- Don't be "too good", its not really a safe space for top performers
- Volatile... they had a hiring class in, after 3 months fired
- Promotes the idea of 6 figure capability, but it comes with a lot of hoops and a lot of hands in the pot regarding your commission checks
- Top performers I would not recommend, sounds good but in the end its not safe and there are a lot of people who will be intimidated by your success
- Your wont get credit for sales tactics and skills you bring to the company, your manager will more than likely claim them as their own ideas
- New DOS who came from a major credit card company, commissions have dropped significantly
- You used to have a lot of autonomy in how you sold, now it's pretty much a call center with a script
- Recently people who have been with the company 7+ years have quit
- Payments department has not been profitable for 3+ years so they are tightening up commissions, more loopholes, more checkpoints to get paid
