You’re correct –- many of 2020 goals have changed rapidly, and we’re proud of the effort all of our teams have made to pivot. Our audience of job seekers have a greater need for our product than ever, and we must innovate quickly to keep up with their needs. Later this year, our teams will begin to implement many of the product updates we’ve been working hard on all summer centered around making robust employer insights more accessible than ever before. You’ll also be pleased to know that one of our company goals is to create and implement a new manager training program that will help to close the gaps you refer to.
