It's wonderful to hear you had a great experience with your colleagues and felt that even in a hybrid/remote work environment you could maintain a social atmosphere with those on your team and others. We promote communication and connectivity between everyone, even when not working in the office.
As a company, we are constantly evaluating open positions and promotional opportunities, along with ways in which we can reward those for great work. One way is through performance reviews, which allow managers and employees the opportunity to discuss company and personal goals, including how employees are working to meet these goals, while also spending time discussing any potential development opportunities. We want all employees to feel their career goals are being met.
