Pros
Benefits (health & 401K) and flexibility of work schedule to accomodate personal life (child). Large company also allows room for Career changes, however this is only possible if your manager approves the change.
Cons
Red tape at every turn and no one willing to fix obvious problems with simple solutions. Larger problems take months/years to begin the process of fixing. Company is VERY top-heavy with not enough workers to do the actual work. Periodic changes in sales compensation policies always in the benefit of the company rather than the workers.
