Pros
Decent money it's enough to keep you going, the staff and Co workers were all nice and even the team managers I had were good. on site canteen too, but I preferred going into town, get a Greggs . Hour lunch.
Cons
They have quotas that they say are based on the optimal time a case can be completed from other staff. Different tasks have different per case times and it feels like they squeeze it beyond what can be done unless you really embrace becoming a machine. You do feel like you have become the replaceable human component of a computer.
I was only a bit slower than most on my task when they got rid of me, but every case is different and they want speed over quality.
Everything is timed, you have to put your computer in "personal time" to even visit the toilet.
