You should definitely do something about this one manager working in Gdynia branch who had asked candidate a personal question about family member and after hearing a response started offending him and throwing micro-aggressive statements for an half an hour. It's pathetic and not to mention illegal. Case has been reported to appropriate authorities.

Group day interview process. Day consisted of; Geoban introduction Group activity (6 members to a group) 1-1 interview with member of the team Personal presentations Day went well, it ran quickly and we finished close to 1pm. All members of staff involved were very open and easy to talk to.

The interview lasted an hour and consisted of an initial description of the role, followed by CV review then competency questions. The manager from the team that was hiring and of the middle operations were nice and didn't make me feel pressured.
