The organization itself had an odd brand of mismanagement that unfortunately shows no signs whatsoever of improvement. This organization will likely run itself into the group by its shortsighted financial, organizational, and cultural practices, which include an unhealthy level of top-down criticism that is framed as positive feedback and self reflections, which is truly an expression of the overall nature and beliefs of the organization. If you fit in with the status quo and suck up to those above you, and keep your mouth shut, you’ll get paid. Not the greatest lesson to teach low income youth trying to keep a roof over their families heads, but a true one in many instances nonetheless.
