      You obtain training and other basic skills through their entry program. Coordinators will work with you to the best of their ability to put you in a internship that aligns with the industry that you would like to enter.

      The population you serve is amazing and internal site teams are also great.

      Cons

      National management is absolutely horrible. They over hire for the national team, so many roles that all do the same job and use money there while hounding the individual sites to make more money. National focus is not on the population we claim to serve at all.
