      Remote work is the sole pro

      Cons

      Poor communication between teams. Billing team makes multiple mistakes. Data conversion team makes mistakes also maybe not as bad as billing but it's not great. Poorly planned processes Desire to cut American workers and hire cheaper foreign workers. Heavy workload and sometimes last minute requests. Brag about bringing close from 90 to 12 days yet still 12 days which is pathetic. A toxic environment where you always need to look over your shoulder.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
