Pros
I joined Genesys in February, 2014. With this company, my life has changed completely - I met new friends, gained professional experience I didn't have in all companies I worked for before combined. Even though this is a huge company, I feel that I am as important as anyone from Senior Management, as all employees are being treated equally. I would totally recommend this company for all professionals who would want to make an exciting career.
Cons
Sometimes I feel that this company pays too much attention to corporate culture, which is not a big issue at all, as it can happen everywhere.
