Pros
The company is a market leader in its area: Contact Centre software. Sales and other "profit centre" compensation is quite good. The product is strong, engineering people are great. UK Office is central for EMEA (for now, at least). New building will be finished in 2010.
Cons
With latest crisis and integration with Alcatel-Lucent, "Cost centre" compensation is often at the bottom level of "Position in Range".
