Good marketing, large product portfolio, some career opportunities.
Cons
Now that the company belongs to Permira fund, things are changing, growth is done externally via acquisitions and not enough R&D effort to bring marketing concepts to reality. A lot of politics internally, will the company be sold to a big player or maybe IPO in 2014? 20% stuff reduction over 2 years, unclear roadmap.
