      Pros

      The potential in growth in Genesys is very big if you are smart and have the right involment with the appropriate people. Environment is very friendly.

      Cons

      Benefits are not so great in terms of insurance in EU, but in Canada they are great! Big work overload is always present... long hours no extra payment. Salaries are low compared with comparable IT companies.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
