Pros
Near BART and freeway. Free parking. Coffee was good
Cons
Miserly FP&A Department with no vision for future improvements. Nobody takes ownership of their work. Nobody is held Accountable for their tasks. Nobody understands how to honor deadlines for deliverable. Directors want to be friends with employees hence no consequences for errors. Super low morals. Very very manual work (NO ERP), no analytics done. Life is always a CHAOS in FP&A. Managers (C level executives) never say hello or greets their employees. Nobody says "Thank you". Expect to work till 4am on weeknights and everyday on weekends. Contractors love to work overtime and double time here. I have never seen so many disorganized FP&A Managers in my career history/. They tend to hire excel guru (they call them technically savvy), who has no talent as good analyst. FP&A Managers are pushovers and have NO say to their C level execs, which trickles down t employees and everyone is super unhappy. There are more contractors at the moment than FTE. Other departments maybe OK to work (not sure), but if you are approached by recruiters to work for FP&A - RUN FAST!
