Fast paced company with highly talented, smart, and extremely diligent people. Team members across the business are great professionals and and always willing to help with a project. The Executive Leadership team is very engaging and provides frequent updates on how we are executing on our business strategy, progress on key initiatives, and gathering employee feedback on ways to improve. It has been very exciting to see the combined talent between Genesys and Interactive Intelligence come together over the recent months. Cons
I wouldn't call it a con, but more of a challenge for some is the speed at which we work and the constant change the organization manages to keep up with the market. With the merger of Interactive Intelligence there are still systems being integrated causing less than optimal process however, this is only temporary and very normal for the first 6 – 12 months during integration.
