      A cause with great technology. Being our own company will make a lot of difference going forward, already visible around me

      Cons

      No downsides, flying coach maybe but that is part of the game:-) attracting more university gads would e an added value I guess

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
