Pros
-Some of the people I worked with were professional and treated me well -Pay was decent -You get to come into contact with multiple -Lots of days off, but the trade off is long shifts
Cons
-The training received prior to going on the floor did not prepare for the work required on the floor -Coworkers were unsupportive of learning new tasks or asking questions -Job is very dangerous-- a lot of hidden hazards -Too many disgruntled employees--> negative work environment -Experienced hazing and unprofessional behavior while on the floor; when escalated to supervisor the complaint was ignored and environment stayed the same
