Interview
Complete a one way video interview on an app called Phenom. Wait to be called by the recruiter or HM for the next step. I applied 1 month ago and the workday status has stayed at "HR Screening Planned/In Progress" the whole time and haven't heard back after emailing the recruiter and messaging them on Linkedin. Genentech, please update your HR system, this honestly is so disrespectful to job candidates.
Well organized, standard behavioral questions. Good communication. Multiple rounds of interviews with no more than 2-3 people in each. The whole process took a few months. They were accommodating of schedules.

Interview
I did not have a great experience with this interviewer. He was not very cooperative, and when I could not answer one of the questions, I felt like he laughed a little. That made me feel uncomfortable and affected the overall interview experience.
