Pros

there is absolutely nothing positive or productive to comment on.

Cons

This by far was the most racist unethical place I have worked in my life. The favoritism runs the clinic and if you are of minority decent, you will be stigmatized and degraded. Human Resources does not care anything about the employees and there is no union to speak on your behalf even if its the truth. The gossip and rumors fuel the clinic across the board and the radiology and lab departments come to work to socialize. There is no code of ethics and no respect towards each other. It causes nothing but distractions and confusion and disaray. Nothing caring about the company towards staff which in turn isnt caring for the patients. The management team does not motivate or instill employee retention or train.Look out for racial inequalities and gender bias within the hospital. If you are looking for job security go somewhere else.

Pros

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
