Can't believe it - Anonymous employee Geisinger Employee Review

Benefits are terrible. They use to be good, but not anymore. Good luck advancing. Directions and rules change without warning and nobody takes the blame or acknowledges that they changed. Instead they make you feel terrible. Company politics are crazy. They are about "diversity", how about just treating everyone with respect? There is also the good old boys club mentality with some men in management that view women as less educated. Had an high level man curse and scream at me just because he had a bad day. Maybe it isn't the whole company, or maybe it is.
