Pros
A prestigious company with good benefits and talented people. If you have the opportunity to work there it will open doors. Great discounts as well. Get your experience and money, then move on.
Cons
This company does not have a diverse workforce. To put it plainly if you are a minority, a female, or disabled, you will be given a job but no advancement opportunities. I have seen it time and time again. There are alot of politics involved and this makes for a very divisive and cold environment. They have a habit of hiring young college graduates with no work experience and questionable work ethic. So they can pay these young people next to nothing as long as they give them good benefits. Many of their processes are outdated such as reviews, onboarding, training, and engagement tools.
