• No remote work for a job that can be done remotely. I’ve lost count how many people have left because of this. Management doesn’t seem to realize that unless they change their ways, they’ll continue to struggle with retaining/gaining new talent. • Overloaded with work, leading to a lot of burn out. Pumping out more product than there’s resources available to properly develop and maintain. • Low salary pretty much across the board. • Location isn’t great, unless you prefer living in the suburbs. Otherwise you’ll be commuting pretty far from KC.
