      Pros

      The upper staff was caring and nice. Usually cared for school hours, available hours, provided the opportunity for overtime- very convenient. Others also made this job fun and exciting, never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Some of the other employees had a bad attitude. Gap should screen for mood swings and girls attitudes because some are not people friendly at all. Some worked too many hours and appeared to be overworked.

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
