Pros
I found many my coworkers to be pleasant people and several were competent in their jobs. A handful could be considered experts in their field and were generous with their time and knowledge.
Cons
I was desiring more advancement opportunities but these did not exist. I began to become bored with my job and had to leave for a new position.
