Pros
Well organized and good processes. GE is offering great trainings and you will meet some of the smartest people in the industry at GE. GE is very good at making you feel at home and being an important part for GE's overall performance.
Cons
It is too american and GE sends it's american managers to lead its european operations, which also doesn't help.
