Pros
Amazing teams, supportive line managers, truly global teams, great benefits & flexibility
Cons
The dream they're selling is a really cool one, but is really just that - a dream - the more you watch and the closer you look, the more it devolves. Culture varies between departments, as does flexibility and expectations of your availability. What remains consistent seems to be prioritizing personal relationships or preference over justified business decisions, horribly misaligned executives who will promise something and then do the exact opposite, many and frequent massive changes with minimal change management, and large scale requests that have a lot of demand but no support to actually get the work done. On top of this, we keep getting the message that this is the best it's ever been/get ready for more big things/the company is doing amazing; layoffs and voluntary leavers who won't be replaced are marketed as "opportunities" for the rest of us - all of the corporate red flags. I don't think I've ever been this tired in my entire career.
