Embarassment - Architect Fujitsu Employee Review

Every employee I spoke to in the UK was embarrased to work for Fujitsu, they are more focused on "improving their image" than caring for their actual employees. The leadership is non-existant, career progression is a bureaucratic nightmare which makes it virtually impossible. Minimal employee benifits. The list is endless.
