      Frustrated: Fujitsu HK is the worst Japanese company in HK to work for

      Pros

      Good working atmosphere before new HK Management reorg and onboard in 2018

      Cons

      1. HK Management runs politics everyday and makes hard time to talented and mature employees instead of driving the company to grow 2. All revenue-generating sales and presales who had done their job successfully in the past are all gone (resigned or asked to leave) because of politics played by new HK Management 3. All remaining sales and presales are junior and not making numbers and achievements 4. Service Delivery team are waiting for other job opportunities to escape because Management cannot save the company

      Very professional managers and the people in general are extremely smart and committed.

      No integration for foreigners and the company was still struggling with the concept of "globalization".

      Pros

      I wouldn't recommend this organization to any friends or business partners. The lack in synergy and professionalism is too great. It would be too great of a slip in standards provide any positive feedback.

      Cons

      Organization as a whole is poorly integrated. Though the company touts itself to be a global organization, each country independently runs itself, therefore a lacks synergy. Management within is horrible and poorly recruited or promoted. They provide little if any directions and expect others to drive towards a "goal". More words are said than the actions taken. Work life balance all depends. If you're placed at client's site, you're in for an experience. If you're placed in corporate, then life's plush and grand.
