      -Various opportunities to work on large/interesting projects and willing to give responsibility to graduates -Willing to listen to ideas and provide opportunities for innovation -Reasonable/good salary

      -Not much community and lots of time spent being on the bench between projects -Lack of recognition for success -Very hard to move roles
