They have the most dysfunctional management I have ever seen. They are cowardly and back stabbing. They bad mouth others when they are not around. More often than not your commissions are paid late, and each year it takes months to even get new comp plan arranged and during this time no commissions are paid. Each department in company is so siloed and wary of each other and leads to distrust and morale issues.
