Hours are pretty flexible. My boss is awesome but I really don't think he is indicative of others.
Cons
LEADERLESS. The leadership presence is just a steady stream of emails about who has been hired and what restructuring is occurring. Get off your derriere and talk to people. Company is in cost cutting mode, big time. I hear they are suggesting "unpaid leave" to save the company money. Not too impressive for a global company. Salaries are low and they never change. 1 or 2% raises annually. The company has no HR department. Literally. No one. You have to "apply" to be considered for promotion. No matter how deserving. Spineless management. The people just go along with everything and stick up for no one. Dismal future. The sales team hasn't brought anything meaningful in for a long time and the one big account they did land is all messed up.
